In these Terms, the following words have the meaning given below:

Food Safety SouthWest” or “Seafood Audit International” or “We” means Richard Chivers trading as Food Safety SouthWest and operating through the Website and any agent or employee of Food Safety SouthWest.

Website” means foodsafetysouthwest.co.uk

Course” means any training, educational or other course or lecture run by Food Safety Southwest.

Services” means the provision of the Website, the provision of courses and talks by Food Safety Southwest, the supply of information to users of the Website, the supply of information to those signed up to receive information from Food Safety Southwest through social media, the supply of any goods by Food Safety Southwest whether through the Website or otherwise and such other services as Food Safety Southwest may from time to time provide.

You” means any user of the Website or of the Services and “your” has the corresponding meaning.

CONTENT

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the content of the Website and any other information provided as part of the Services is accurate and up to date, Food Safety Southwest accepts no liability for any error or inaccuracy.  We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
The Website and other information provided to users of the Services contain links to other sites that are not operated by Food Safety Southwest.  We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content of those websites or for the use of your data by those websites.

AVAILABILITY
We give no warranty as to the availability of the Website or the supply of any other Service and accept no liability for any temporary or permanent lack of availability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or your right or ability to receive any other Service from Food Safety Southwest.

Food Safety Southwest reserves the right to cancel a Course should it consider it necessary to do so.  We will endeavour to give you as much warning as possible of any such cancellation. Please see our refund policy for details of any refund payable on cancellation of a Course.

PAYMENT
Payment for any Course or for any other Service and any refund will be through Paypal unless we agree to accept another method in any specific case.  The use of Paypal is governed by Paypal’s own terms and conditions and Food Safety Southwest accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of Paypal or for the operation of its services.

Please see our refund policy for details of any refund payable if you cancel your attendance at a Course or fail to attend.

COURSE CONDUCT AND LIABILITY
We reserve the right to refuse entry to a Course or to require you to leave a Course if we consider you are not in a fit state to take part (whether due to alcohol or otherwise) or if we consider your behaviour at the Course (including to other attendees) is inappropriate.

By attending a Course you accept that you are responsible for informing Food Safety Southwest of any allergies or other health issues which may impact your ability take part in any activity which occurs on that Course including the consumption of food or drinks at the Course.

Except where we are negligent in our supervision of a Course, Food Safety Southwest accepts no liability for any injury or damage sustained during a Course.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website, Courses and other Services and the relevant content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Food Safety Southwest and are protected by copyright.

All rights to the name Food Safety Southwest and related applications are reserved, and trademark protection has been applied for.

The name Food Safety Southwest, Seafood Audit International, the name Richard Chivers or the Website may not be used in connection with or associated with any product or service without the prior written consent of Food Safety Southwest.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Services, including the use of the Website and the attendance at any Course, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.

Under no circumstances will Food Safety Southwest ever be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Service, these Terms, the subject matter of these Terms, the termination of these Terms or otherwise, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss.

These Terms are governed by English law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.  By continuing to access the Website or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. However, we will endeavour to inform you in advance of any change to the Terms which we consider has a material impact on your use of the Website or other Services.
